Zurka Market is a trusted place to buy and sell. These rules apply to every seller and every listing.
No counterfeit products
Fake, replica, copy, or counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited. Listings using brand names you are not authorized to sell will be removed.
Authorization for branded products
Sellers must own the product or have valid authorization (invoice, distributor agreement, receipt) to sell branded items. Risky brand mentions trigger a manual review and require proof.
No illegal or prohibited items
Weapons, drugs, prescription medication, stolen goods, tobacco, alcohol, and any item illegal in the buyer's jurisdiction are not allowed.
Seller responsibility
You are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your listings. Buyers, brand owners, and authorities may report violations.
Enforcement
First violation: warning. Repeated violations: account suspension. Serious violations: immediate product removal and account suspension.
