Privacy information

This page describes existing platform practices. It is not a complete legal notice: operator identity, applicable jurisdiction, privacy rights and retention periods have not been provided.

Account and orders

Account, contact and order information supports sign-in, purchases, seller fulfilment and account administration. Sellers receive information needed to fulfil their own orders, not other sellers’ orders.

Activity and sessions

The app records page paths, referrers, campaign parameters and session activity. Signed-in session records include browser language and timezone. These are not product reviews or public profile information.

Payments and AI

Stripe processes payments. AI tools send prompts and, where used, reference images to the configured AI provider. The app records usage and costs. Do not include unnecessary personal information in prompts.

Preferences and closure

Marketing-email unsubscribe is separate from account, order and payment messages. Account closure is available in account settings and may be delayed by outstanding obligations. Closure does not delete all financial, order, tax, fraud or dispute records.
