This page describes existing platform practices. It is not a complete legal notice: operator identity, applicable jurisdiction, privacy rights and retention periods have not been provided.

What you can sell

List new items with photos, variants, stock and your own shipping settings. They appear in the main marketplace and in their category pages. Sell clean, presentable physical items in Like New or Used – Good condition. Show real photos and disclose wear or defects. Digital products belong in Digital, not Pre-Owned.

Seller plan

Seller costs $39.99 USD/month after a one-time 15-day free trial. Standard physical marketplace sales carry 0% ZurkaBuy commission. Digital sales carry 0% with an active Seller plan, or 2% without one. Processing, taxes, shipping and applicable program fees are separate.

Separate subscriptions

Seller and AI Creator are independent subscriptions, managed and cancelled separately in Account → Payments. Cancelling one does not cancel or grant the other.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed by Stripe. Zurka never stores card numbers.

Order tracking and returns

Track orders with your order number. Returns follow each seller's stated return terms.
