Seller Agreement

1. Parties

This Seller Agreement is between you and ZurkaBuy, operated by an individual (sole proprietor). It adds to the Terms of Use, which also apply to you.

2. You are an independent seller

You sell as an independent business or individual, not as an employee, agent or partner of ZurkaBuy. You decide what you sell and at what price.

3. Your responsibilities

Accurate, honest listings (title, photos, condition, price, stock and shipping times); only legal products you have the right to sell and none of the prohibited items in the Terms; shipping orders on time and adding tracking when available; honouring the return and refund policy you state; answering buyers promptly and politely; and complying with tax, consumer and product-safety laws, including reporting and paying taxes on your income.

4. Fees

Zurka Seller costs $39.99 per month after a one-time 15-day free trial. ZurkaBuy charges 0% commission on standard physical sales. Digital sales carry a 2% platform fee without an active Seller plan and 0% with one. Payment processing and applicable program fees are separate. AI Creator ($24.99 per month) is a separate, optional subscription and does not include Seller access.

5. Trial, renewal and cancellation

Each seller can use the 15-day free trial only once. After the trial the Seller plan renews monthly at $39.99 until cancelled in Account → Payments. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Payouts through Stripe Connect

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. To receive them you must complete Stripe onboarding and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Stripe may ask for identity, bank and tax information and may delay or hold payouts under its own rules. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes may be deducted from your balance.

7. Identity verification and INFORM Consumers Act

We may ask you to verify your identity at any time. If you make 200 or more sales and $5,000 or more in gross revenue in any continuous 12-month period, US law (the INFORM Consumers Act) requires us to collect and verify your bank account, tax identification number and contact details (Stripe Connect onboarding can supply these), and to ask you to re-certify them at least once a year. If you do not provide or confirm them within 10 days of our notice, we will suspend your sales until you do.

If you also have $20,000 or more in annual gross revenue, buyers will be shown your name, physical address (or returns address) and contact information on your listings or order confirmations. If you sell from your home, only your state/country and contact information are shown.

8. Suspension

We may suspend listings, sales or payouts for breach of this Agreement or the Terms, missing verification, high dispute or chargeback rates, suspected fraud, or legal requests. Where appropriate we tell you why and how to fix it.
